Our Story

For more than three decades HTS maskinteknikk in Drammen has proudly served world class customers in Norway and abroad.

HTS maskinteknikk was established in the end of 1981 as a precision machining workshop towards the medicine-technical sector, and nearby located companies in demand of machined parts. We early adopted the use of CNC machinery and computerized measuring machines in order to provide our customers with the latest within production technological solutions. As the demand for high precision machining increased, HTS evolved into producing more refined products - in particular to the Subsea industry. Here HTS has been a part of the development, and later the roll-out of serial production of hydraulic couplers for leading EPC contractors of subsea equipment.

During the 90’s the company evolved into production of mechanical components for the Defence & Aerospace industry and has been involved in both development and prototype production as well as serial production for various Norwegian export successes.

Today HTS maskinteknikk counts roughly 100 dedicated and highly skilled employees.
